The night we were out there, the access ladder wasn't blocked by the excavator. With the help of a couple very friendly bikers, we went down the ladder and staircase and walked all around. We took a bunch of pictures, then left. Last time I went out was around the middle of May and half of the reservoir was demolished. Your pictures are quite nice; we didn't have a tripod and were initially a bit nervous about being in the reservoir too so some of our photos were a bit rushed.
